Ernie A. Farhat

President

An expert in all types of real estate, Ernie has been active as a broker, developer, real estate consultant and manager in Southern California, Arizona, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Hong Kong and Germany for more than thirty five years. He is active in community affairs, has been registered as a public affairs advocate in the City of Los Angeles, and he is a member of numerous boards and professional organizations. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and is a graduate of UCLA.

Sally A. Satterberg

Executive Vice President

Executive Vice President and co-owner of Sanjo Investments with expertise in real estate sales and property management, honors graduate of Steven College, and 25 years of international experience in branding, manufacturing, design and sales. Sally is the president of Three Vortexes, owners of the fashion label “Anne Lewin” of New York.

Greg R. Tucker

General Manager

Heads the Property Management division of Sanjo Investments, with over 25 years of experience in management of office buildings, medical buildings, residential rental property and& warehouse-industrial property. Greg is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and he is a graduate of UCLA, with an MBA from Pepperdine University. The CPM designation is awarded by the Institute of Real Estate of the National Association of Realtors® to professional property managers who have distinguished themselves in the areas of experience, education and ethical conduct.

Sales Associate

Santosh is a senior sales associate specializing in the sales and leasing of commercial and industrial real estate in Southern California. He received an MBA in Finance from the University of California, Los Angeles, he holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago, a Bachelor Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indiana Institute of Technology, Fort Wayne and a Bachelor of Science in Physics & Mathematics from the University of Bombay, India.
